Can someone please assist me in getting a copy of Phillip Knightley's article :"Gland of hope and glory"? Published in THE BULLETIN June 11, 1991. This old but great personal account of prostate trouble we often use for our male patients. While I have been searching the archives I can't seem to find a copy..I have tried to use the address phillipgk@aol.com but to no avail.
With thanks in anticipation
